Chesapeake College provided a great location for a recent training – Advocating for Victims of Child Sexual Abuse Image – geared toward the Mid-Shore Regional Child Advocacy Centers, including Kent, Caroline, Queen Anne’s, Dorchester, and Talbot Counties.  The training focused on the world of Internet Crimes Against Children and the crucial role victim advocates play in aiding victims and their families.

The training was provided by the Baltimore Child Abuse Center (BCAC) with support from Maryland Children’s Alliance.  Many thanks go out to Rachel Boyle from Kent County for organizing the training and to Alison D’Allesandro, Crimson Barocca, and Ja’ McCoy from BCAC for the presentation and materials.
