CAC Therapist– The Baltimore County Child Advocacy Center has a vacant Therapist II position. This is a 34-hour Non-Merit position with the Baltimore County Government. The pay for this position is $34.37 – $43.25 hourly. This position requires a minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work and Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) or a master’s degree in Counseling/related field and Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC). This therapist position conducts psychosocial evaluations and provides individual, group and family therapies within a multi-disciplinary team framework. Two years of social work or counseling experience post advanced licensure is required. Experience in working with youth who have experienced trauma is also required. Social Worker II, (FT) Family Services State Position – The Baltimore County Department of Social Services/Child Advocacy Center has a vacancy in its Sexual Abuse Treatment Program (SATP) In-Home Services Unit. Applicants must possess at least an LGSW license (LCSW-C preferred) and have professional experience working with sexual abuse, human trafficking, and/or other trauma-related issues. Applicants must also have child welfare experience, access to a reliable vehicle, and be able to work flexible hours including evenings. This unit provides in-home clinical case management to address trauma-related issues and link families with necessary community resources in order to reduce the risk of child abuse and neglect, strengthen family relationships, and help families create safe and stable environments for children.
