MCA Members Attend the NCA Leadership Conference

A substantial representation of Maryland’s CACs attended this week’s NCA conference in Washington, DC.  An important part of this conference is the annual “Hill Day”, when we visit our Congressional representatives and their staff to help keep the needs of abused children at the forefront of their thoughts.
